George Siena

George trained at the National Theatre of Greece where he received the National Scholarship Award. He performed in productions of the National Theatre, the Athens Festival and regional theatres before moving to the UK where he pursued his training at the London International School of Performing Arts. Over the past ten years, he has worked as a theatre maker and a performer across the UK and Europe, mostly in devised and physical theatre productions, collaborating with companies and organisations such as Tour de Force, Clod Ensemble, Lapsus Corpi, Theatre Lab, Secret Cinema, Slip of Steel, Move to Stand, Flute Theatre, ENO, National Theatre Studio, Cyprus Pop-Up Festival, Dance City, Deutsches Theatre Berlin, and directors Simon Usher, Yoshi Oida and Terry Gilliam.

George also works as a translator and voice-over artiste in French and Greek.

In 2017, he created and produced Hyperion (Edinburgh Fringe, Cockpit Theatre) with his company Esprit de Corps, and is currently developing Sowers.
